Mercedes Sidders
Executive Director
Mercedes Sidders holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration in International Development, at Harvard Kennedy School, and a Master in Business Administration at MIT Sloan. Mercedes worked and was voluntary in the public and private sector in Argentina and abroad, including the Directorate of Educational Planning of the Ministry of Education of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, the Center for Research and Social Action, BCG and UNICEF USA. As part of the team assisting the president and chief of the cabinet of ministers of the national government (2015-2019), Mercedes worked to promote opportunities for children in vulnerable situations. Mercedes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Economics from Universidad de San Andrés.

Paula Kantor
Program Coordinator
Paula is an International Relations professional (BA) with a Master’s Degree in Women’s and Gender Studies. During her more than five years of expertise, she has dealt with the design and management of projects in various local and international NGOs such as Global Shapers, Hillel Foundation, and The Geneva Initiative. Moreover, she has worked in the first Ministry of Women of Córdoba (Argentina) leading the gender mainstreaming and Gender Sensitive-Budgeting trajectories. She is an external consultant for companies, civil society organizations, and the public sector regarding gender issues, research, and the systemization of processes.

Franca Genero
Workshops Coordinator. Degree in Psychology from the National University of Córdoba. Diploma in Human Rights from the Provincial University of Córdoba. She completed the Interdisciplinary Residency in Mental Health with specialization in childhood and adolescence. She completed different courses in clinical psychology, community psychology and gender identity. She has worked in several public and private places in the Province of Cordoba dedicated to Mental Health, childhood, violence, disability and gerontology.

Victoria Diribarne
Qualitative Technique Coordinator
Maria Victoria Diribarne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Universidad de Buenos Aires and oriented her education on children and adolescents. She gained experience in graphic indicators after her degree thesis on gender identification in childhood through drawing. She worked in several private sector companies in the industrial-organizational psychology area, deepening her knowledge in the interpretation of projective and psychometric techniques. Additionally, she has been an assistant teacher at the initial school level during three years. At present, she is pursuing a Specialization in Transdisciplinary Interventions in Family and Gender Violence at the same University.

Catalina Banfi
Research Assistant. Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires and Master’s degree in Economics from the University of San Andrés. Catalina has worked in private consulting on topics related to innovation and productivity, and in the public sector, as junior analyst at the Ministry of Economy. In the academic field, she has worked as a research fellow at the IIEP and also as teaching assistant in the subject of Industrial Organization at UBA.

Ivanna Nicosia
Communication Assistant
Ivanna Nicosia is a Higher Technician in Graphic Design from the “Emiliano Gómez Clara” Higher School of Fine Arts. She has worked in several private sector companies creating digital content and managing social networks, such as Novum Advice, Novum Estudio and World Print. Additionally, she has developed the visual identity of companies and ventures in Argentina. She has a certificate in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Activate. She is a student of two specialized courses in Copywriting and Introduction to Community Management.
