Building
local capacity
Abrazar develops new local solutions to prevent mistreatment and other types of violence in childhood and/or adolescence through two approaches:
#1
Problem-Driven Iterative Adaptation.
Using the methodology developed by Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Abrazar trains and supports collaborators of a municipalities or institutions to detect problems related to children and adolescents in a community and to develop local solutions.
#2
Agile methodologies.
We use the Build-Measure-Learn model created by Lean Startups (Eric Ries). This methodology is very useful to adapt solutions or iterate over pre-existing solutions to increase their effectiveness.
